Within the programme "Take care of yourself", which started several years ago, we periodically carry out activities that promote quality of life and healthy habits among employees. To do this, we have several partners with whom we organize health circuits, prevention campaigns, workshops and activities aimed at combating stress and following a healthy diet, among other activities.
